Ingredients: chicken breasts, red pepper, Meridian Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce, king prawns, coriander
Method: pre-heat oven, lay chicken breasts in oven dish, slice red pepper, pour over Tikka Masala sauce, fill jar with water and shake, cook for 30 minutes, throw in prawns and return to oven for 5 minutes, serve with rice and sprinkled with coriander.
