  • Tilt head to one side with affected ear facing upwards
  • Depress actuator 1 or 2 times
  • Gently massage around outside of ear
  • Plug ear with cotton wool if needed
  • Tilt head so ear is facing downwards to remove oil
  • Gently wipe outside of ear to remove residue
